Wish Day is a personal event reminder application that helps users save and manage important dates such as birthdays, anniversaries, and special events.

2.1 Google Account Information

When you sign in using Google Sign-In, we may access:

• Name
• Email address
• Basic Google account profile information

This information is used only for authentication, account identification, and app functionality.

2.2 User-Generated Content

Users may voluntarily enter and store the following information:

• Friend or family member names
• Birthdays
• Anniversary dates
• Other special event dates and reminders
• Notes related to events

3. Data Storage

All user-generated data is stored securely in the user’s own Google Drive account using a hidden app-specific folder.

Wish Day does not store any personal user data on its own servers.

Users retain full ownership and control of their data within their Google account.

4. App Functionality

Wish Day works primarily offline. Data is stored locally on the device and synchronized with Google Drive when an internet connection is available.

5. Notifications

Wish Day uses local notifications to remind users about upcoming events such as birthdays and anniversaries.

These notifications are generated and stored on the user’s device and are not sent from any server.

6. Analytics and Crash Reporting

We use third-party services to improve app performance and stability, including:

• Firebase Crashlytics
• Google Android Vitals

These services may collect:

• Device model
• Operating system version
• Crash logs
• App performance data

This data does not include personal event data such as names or dates stored by the user.

7. Advertising

Wish Day displays advertisements using Google AdMob.

AdMob may collect:

• Advertising ID
• Device information
• Usage data for ad personalization

Users can manage or opt out of personalized ads through their device settings.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share user personal data.

Data may only be shared with trusted third-party services strictly for app functionality, including:

• Google services (Drive, Sign-In, AdMob, Crashlytics)
• Legal authorities if required by law

9. User Control

Users can:

• Manage or delete their data directly from their Google Drive account
• Remove app access from their Google account at any time

Note: The app does not currently include an in-app account deletion feature.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect user data. Since data is stored in Google Drive, it is also protected by Google’s security infrastructure.
